M&S Clinical Services mission is to provide quality culturally competent services to children, youth, and families in a caring supportive and empowering approach. Our main goal is to be a supportive network of people, helping people to improve their quality of life.
Meet Our CEO!
Mark S. Fossie is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of M & S Clinical Services, a non-profit human service agency that specializes in mental health, alcohol and other drug addiction assessment, evaluation and treatment with funding from Milwaukee County. Mark Fossie has
over thirty years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescence, and adults presenting with various co-occurring disorders. Mark Fossie has a Bachelor of Science; a Master’s in Science Education and a Master’s in Business Administration. Mark Fossie is a graduate of Family Services Milwaukee Family Therapy Training Institute, and is a clinical
member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapist. Mark is a License Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) and an Intermediate Clinical Supervisor (ICS). Mark Fossie has provided trainings to counselors, social workers, and interested individuals across the state of Wisconsin in the areas of Mental Health, Culture Diversity, and Alcohol and Other Drug Addiction Education.
M&S Clinical Services is a private nonprofit organization established in 1995 and is committed to strengthening and enriching the lives of its consumers by providing comprehensive and collaborative programs and services which are responsive to the changing needs of its consumers and the community. It is committed to assisting individuals, children, youth, adults, and families grow into self-reliant contributing members of their communities and society.
